Technical Support

If you have technical questions or need assistance in identifying or solving a problem, GET Engineering can assist you with your problems and provide you with the technical information you require. Please have your model and serial number available when contacting technical support.

Return Instructions

Please contact Customer Service at GET Engineering to obtain a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number prior to shipping back for service. Have your serial number available and the reason for the return request. When shipping the product back to GET provide the RMA number on the packaging slip or on the outside of the box. Please package your products securely, as GET is not responsible for lost or damaged items.
