RMA Procedures

  • - Once we receive your RMA request, we will issue an RMA number and advise you of your RMA number through e-mail.
  • - Please package your products securely, as GET is not responsible for lost or damaged items.
  • - Once you have the RMA number, you can return the merchandise, with freight pre-paid, to us at the following address. Shipments will NOT be accepted without an RMA number

  • - Make sure you mark the RMA number on the box
  • - The defective merchandise will be either repaired or replaced. If your product is not under warranty, GET will contact you before beginning the work to receive a PO.
  • - We will return the repaired merchandise by UPS Ground or equivalent service.
