GET Engineering’s family of PCIe NTDS Interface Adapters provide the user with a full‑Duplex NTDS interface between an NTDS Computer or Peripheral equipment channel and PCIe bus systems. The interface adapters for NTDS Parallel and Serial systems are software configurable to operate in all NTDS environments. Our proprietary Common Driver Design API allows the programmer to write interchangeable application software which can be used in either parallel or serial systems.
NTDS transfers of 16 and 32 bits in width are supported. All transactions proceed under control of multipath FIFO buffered DMA controllers which allow the NTDS ports to operate in an independent full duplex mode. Several transfer termination and special event detection interrupts are provided which allow the system computer to accomplish other processing tasks during NTDS transactions.
Tactical data link standards such as MIL‑STD‑1397C and TADIL‑A are currently implemented worldwide in systems driven by the ease of use and proven reliability of GET Engineering’s PCIe NTDS Interface Adapters.
